A commonly used preparation of (S)-(-)-1,1 '-dicyclohexylphosphine-2, 2'-ferrocene ((S)-( )-1, the method of 1 '-Bis(dicyclohexylphosphino)ferrocene) is as follows:
1. Synthesis of (S)-(-)-Dicyclohexylphosphine ((S)-(-)-Dicyclohexylphosphine).
2. Reaction of (S)-(-)-dicyclohexylphosphine with dimethylaminodicyclohexylphosphine benzylammonium chloride to give (S)-(-)-α-(dimethylamino)-2-(Dicyclohexylphosphine) Benzylphosphine.
3. The reaction of (S)-(-)-α-(dimethylamino)-2-(dicyclohexylphosphine) benzylphosphine with 1,1 '-dichloroferrocene (Dichlorodimethylferrocene), the target compound was obtained.
